12 MONTH-FACTORY MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP :
We warrant to the original consumer, purchaser, or lessee that the Global Corp. will be free from defects in factory materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twelve months from date of sale, subject to the terms and provisions contained herein.
- The warranty for parts and labor shall included the Global Corp. in its entirety. Batteries and tries are excluded from warranty as they are warranted by their respective manufactures. (See individual warranty terms and conditions in your owner’s packet)
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS :

Global Corp. will warranty all parts provided under this warranty. All Global Corp. parts replaced under warranty become the property of Global Corp. and must be returned to the factory for inspection, on request. Your authorized Global Corp. dealer will provide parts return service.
Any other expenses incurred in obtaining warranty repairs, including transportation and labor, are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless otherwise stated in this warranty.

To qualify for warranty protection, you and the selling dealer must complete the warranty registration form and return it to Global Corp. within ten days after purchase or lease. If this from is not on file, we may be unable to honor your warranty claim.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact you nearest Global Corp. retailer and make your vehicle available for inspection and repair during the warranty period. Your Global Corp. retailer should be able to provide service during normal business hours and within a reasonable time, depending upon workload and availability of necessary parts. Changes by Global Corporation in design or equipment made during the course of ownership shall not apply to any vehicle previously manufactured or purchased.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO DAMAGE OR REPAIR COSTS CAUSED BY :
a) Failure to operate, maintains, and service as specified in the applicable Gl Corp. Owner’s Manual.
b) Abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, collision or operation of other than the specified design, use and speed.
c) Alteration or repair outside of factory specifications.
d) Use of components, including batteries, not specified in the applicable owner’s manual or any damage avoidable with the proper use of specified Global Corp. components.
e) Fading, deterioration or weathering of seats, floor mats, composite parts or paint caused by ordinary wear and tear or exposure.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLIES TO normal maintenance, which the purchaser is expected to perform as show in the Owner’s Manual. This maintenance includes, but is not limited to, battery fluid replenishment, brake adjustment, brake fluid replenishment, and brake shoes. Consumables such as: light bulbs, fuses, etc. are not covered.
- Our retailers are independently owned and operated and may sell products other than Global Corporation. Therefore, you should understand that WE ARE NOT, AND CANNOT BE, RESPONSIBLE FOR the quality, suitability or safety of any non-genuine parts, accessories or design modifications, including labor, which may be sold and/or installed by our retailers, or any damage caused thereby.
THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES ON YOU GEM BEYOND THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FINNESS TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. GEM AND ITS RETAILERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE, INCONVENIENCE, LOST TIME, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR ANY INDIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES.
